Consilia-CR members can facilitate your meeting and assist your group with planning and conducting productive, effective and efficient meetings. Our services include pre-meeting consultation which is essential to understanding your group goals and to identify key stakeholders. We can prepare help you anticipate obstacles that will obstruct effective group communication caused by various factors.
With input from group members, we assist in establishing a realistic agenda for the available meeting time. We implement a meeting process which will ensure that all stakeholders have an opportunity to participate in the development of a plan to meet the group’s goals. We keep the meeting focused on the ultimate goals, recognizing the time commitments of all the members. We capture the meeting outcomes and provide a summary of meeting follow-up actions.
