As one of the founding members of Consilia Conflict Resolution, LLC, an ADR firm focusing on alternative dispute resolution services, I provide mediation, mediation training and meeting facilitation services.
My ADR practice includes mediating disputes involving land use, real estate (commercial and residential), earnest money, landlord/tenant relationships, breach of contract, divorce, parenting time, and employment issues.
My ADR practice is informed by my business experience including my role as president of Vertical Real Estate Consulting, Inc., a real estate acquisition company, specializing in leasing and acquiring governmental land use entitlements. I worked with corporations and property owners negotiating contracts and drafting real estate documents. I also worked with governmental entities to obtain land use entitlements representing clients before boards of county commissioners and planning commissions and facilitating stakeholder meetings in Colorado, Wyoming and New Mexico.
My ADR and legal experience includes resolving disputes related to the following matters: ►Contracts and Business Entity Disputes ►Divorce (Parenting Time, Property Division) ►Family Law Modifications ►Land Use, ►Real Estate, ►Insurance, and ►Employer/Employee Relationships
I have prepared and led 40 hour Introduction to Mediation Trainings as well as a 16 hour class on Advanced Mediation. I have been a moderator and presenter at CLE ADR trainings, on subjects such as ethics, real estate and conducting remote mediations.
In addition to my private mediation practice, I am the Executive Director of the Colorado Bar Association Court Mediation Services program.
